One of the calling of the Gereja Kristus Yesus is to carry out the Great Commission that Jesus gave. Therefore GKY Pluit has a Evangelization Division, where the task of this field is to help the congregation to realize and carry out their calling, which is to preach the Gospel of Salvation to everyone.

In carrying out this task, the Evangelization Division organizes seminars and provides resources that equip the congregation. The Ministry of Evangelism also works closely with other fields, churches, synods, and other institutions to provide a place for congregations to live out God's calling. Thus, God's people can carry out personal/group evangelism and evangelistic cooperation.
